It's really annoying when people don't return phone calls. Now I totally understand how sometimes you can't get back to someone until the next day, but many people let it go for two or three days, and some never return the call at all! Seems like what should just be common courtesy no longer exists.

So what exactly is courtesy? Basically it comes down to being considerate of other people, rather than being selfish. Here are some basic manners so often ignored that if you practice them you'll definitely stand out from the crowd.
